Such an amazing day. The sun was dropping behind the waves and throwing the most beautiful golden light into the waves. Such a pleasure to photograph them.

I wanted to capture the tips of the waves throwing themselves up into the air before they came crashing down again. Waves are all about motion so it seems to make sense to me that we capture their motion. This was a handheld shot in TV priority set to 1/20th of a second to convey a sense of motion.
