Hey Crew,
As we all saw, today was always going to be an epic day for photography. I was just bursting all day to get out and about and once the boys went to bed I headed out. After trying to work out where I wanted to be for ages I looked at the weather radar on my iPhone and saw that the storm was going to hit Rockingham first. So I headed down to Rockingham and I struck gold. The clouds were heavy with rain, yet there were still breaks in the clouds to allow the sun to peak through.
Did anyone else manage to get out and capture the storm?
Thanks,
Jamie

Hows that for composition, lifting the bar Mr Seascapes !
Hey Adrian,
Thanks mate. I had heaps and heaps of fun tonight as its been forever since I’ve really got out and about for a proper shoot. I saw at least another five different angles down there yet to be discovered. 🙂
Jamie
Hey Jamie, I think we must have had the same idea! as I was out and about in Rockingham taking photos 🙂

Heath
Hey Heath,
I should’ve given you a call. I will next time. I hope you got some cool photos as well mate.
Jamie
Sweet shot mate…I see now why you were excited!
Down south was simply dark clouds and rain!
Hi Mark. Thanks for that mate. Unfortunately, due to tripod malfunctions its not the sharpest shot in the world so I think it will only ever be destined for canvas prints.
Looks good Jamie, hope you got some decent rain out of it!
Hey Tim, good to hear from you mate. We really didn’t get much rain out of it at all. Typical Perth mate!
Jamie

Great shot Jamie, love it.
I was not able to shoot last weekend and I was looking at the weather thinking far out, it’s going to be awesome and the guys are going to be getting great shots and I can’t shoot. Never mind.
Hope you had a great time shooting.
I did have a great time. If you aren’t going away this Easter weekend maybe we should hit Pt Perron together?
Jamie
I’ll have to take a raincheck Jamie, we are away and I’m not sure if there’s alot of photo opportunities where we’re going but I’ll still take my gear.
Definately up for a shoot with you when I get back, maybe next weekend if the weather looks good?
Nice work Jamie. Love those stormy clouds.
