Simplicity

seascape photography, australian seascape photography, yallingup, australian landscape photography

This is an image I managed to capture a few weeks ago and I’ve been sitting for it for the past couple of weeks trying to work out why it really draws me in.   I finally worked it out.  It draws me in because its just so simple, yet its still effective.   This is another shot that I managed to capture after I was walking away from my original shooting position and was heading back to the car.  Maybe my new technique should be to turn up to my spot, unpack and then immediately repack all my stuff and then start heading back to the car.   It seems to work for me!   🙂

Hope you guys all like it.

Thanks,

Jamie Paterson

      Hi Adrian,

Well someone wanting your photos is the greatest compliment one can get. Of course you can have a print!

Just realise how much I’ve been missing beautiful blue ocean shots. You can just about feel the wind and sand hitting your face in this one.

Very nice Jamie! Like you said, simplicity is sometimes the key! Seascapes are great for that.
