Hi Everyone,
I woke up at 5pm today after a nanna nap and looked out the window and though ‘oh no, not again where are the clouds?’. Its been a frustrating week not being able to get out because of the weather. Well I decided to head down to Fremantle any way just in case and I’m glad I did. I manged to get four different shots in an hour. Here is the last shot I took and I was really happy with it, the ship you can see leaving the harbour is HMAS STUART an Anzac class frigate. Oh well back to work on the other photos.
Thanks,
Jamie Paterson

Love the transition colours from the horizon to the stars, reverse grad by any chance ?
Hi Neal,
Thanks for that. No filters on this one. Sun had set about 15mins prior to this photo so it was quite dark. Held the shutter open for ages on this one.

I like this image Jamie but I think the red on the Museum may be a little to strong.
When we gonna shoot?
Hi Dylan,
Thanks for stopping by. 🙂 I love the bold red in this photo, amazingly there was actually very little satuartion in this photo which is why it kind of blew me away. 🙂

Nice shot Jamie. I really like the vibrant red. I was shooting the same sunset on Monday. I usually don’t bother on a cloudless sunset but I was pretty confident that the sky would light up with orange and blue. The sky colours go really well with the red. I hope things are going well with your family. All the best.
