Esperance Rocks!!!

australian landscapes

Today is bonus day, two posts in one day!    This photo was taken my first morning in Esperance, what an amazing sight to wake up to.  As landscape photographers we spend so much time up early in the mornings and out late at night chasing the elusive landscape photograph often only to have nature spoil our plans, so its a great feeling when you arrive on location and see something like this unfold before you.   This was taken next to Twilight Cove in Esperance.

Did anyone get any good photos whilst we were away?   What was the light like in Perth?

Nice one, Jamie. Great exposure and looks like you were treated to some nice light. Looking forward to seeing more from your travels around the south-west.

Nice clouds and good POV here. I would crop some of the bottom, too much dead space.

Seems to be a few stitch errors? And I will now conclude that the horizon is simply permanently crooked in South West Australia, and stop commenting on tilted horizons ;-D

hahaha. Eagle Eye me 😀 Well, there just seemed to be some sort of ‘anamoly’ in the horizon 🙂

Hmmmm there is a small island on the horizon, that could account for it, also there was a very heavy swell on the day which makes the horizon slightly jagged. Not disagreeing with the very slightly crooked horizon though. LOL.

I think I’ve finally figured that camping and I go together like chalk and cheese LOL. We saw a massive Unimog down at Esperance, now I could handle camping in that.
