Boranup Beach

boranup, boranup beach, australian landscape photography

Hi Everyone,

Well its that time of year and I hope that you and all your families have a fantastic Christmas and a great New Year.  I have a feeling that 2011 is going to be a big one.

This photo was taken at Boranup Beach and I think that out of all the locations we saw on Tuesday this was the most stunning.   I’ve driven along the beach quite a few times and never seen it like this at all.   That channel of water running across the beach was simply the icing on the cake for me.

If you look closely you can see Mark snapping off a couple of shots of this place.

Be safe everyone!

Jamie Paterson

This is damn nice Jamie ! what a gorgeous looking coastline and that water is to die for ! Is that a Fletcher in the wild that I can see ? I thought they were an endangered species these days, confined predominantly to motorhomes and 5 star accommodation 🙂

      Hi Tony,

That is Mark in the background. When he saw this he quite literally flew out the car and headed out to the edge of the rocks to start snapping away.

What a stunning location and great image Jamie, especially considering you were probably not very mobile and couldn’t run around picking the best composition.

(Mark has a talent for getting in other peoples shots….oi mate, YOU’RE IN MY SHOT 😀 ;D

      Hey Flembot,

Thanks for the great comment mate. It was certainly a frustrating day not being able to get around, but at least I know some new spots that I want to get back to now.

      Jamie
