Hi Everyone,
The other day I was walking down the beach and saw how busy it was and I decided to fire off a few shots, as this looked like a typical Aussie day to me. Hot summer days with lots of people playing in the water just smacks of Australia to me.
If I didn’t have my gear with me I certainly would’ve jumped in the water myself as well.

nice shot- really got me craving the beach even more 🙂
Hey Stephen. Sorry mate. I won’t post the photos then! 🙂
Yep that is a typical Aussy beach shot mate!
No points for not getting in the water but! 🙂
Hey Mark,
How are you mate? Don’t worry next weekend I’ll be in the water with my underwater housing capturing all the people as they jump into the water from the jetty.
Jamie
i always feel like i’m encroaching one people when at the beach with my camera
..
i like this photo though
did you get any odd looks from people when taking it?
i copped a dirty look off an aussie tourist whilst in Hawaii for standing on Waikiki beach.. trying to take a photo of the beach lol 🙂
Hi Chloe. Its a great point that you’ve raised and I must that I struggle with taking photos like this every time as I feel like I’m doing something wrong. At the end of the day I just do it, because I’m not doing something wrong and once I start shooting I don’t stress out. I’ve never had any dramas with anyone because I’m really open with what I’m doing. If people ask me if I’m getting good shots I’ll show them what sort of shots that I’m getting. I think being open about what I’m doing puts most people at ease.
